That dude Ivan Denisovich had a great weight loss diet: some thin broth and half a moldy potato.

i tend to keep my upper body up to par doing dips, pushups and curls with medium weight a few times a week, situps/crunches and back exercises. cycling keeps my heart, mind and legs strong. (almost always solo).

after being a fatty for most of my life and currently hovering around 75kg (+/-1kg) my boss told me the other day i looked like "a skinny c*nt", as i struggled to fight back the tears i managed to get out "that's the nicest thing you've ever said to me" and he p*ssed himself laughing.
My point is after being obese for many many years i dont' care if i'm thin up top, i feel great and and "lean" for once in my life.
:)
