Might get to 55 degrees this weekend...
We haven't had a particularly cold winter--a few days in the minus numbers, but otherwise most days in the 30s and nights in the teens, about average. You can ride through it.
Still, the first day in the 50s is a sign that spring is on the way, and we may see it this weekend. Roads are about clear two weeks after a snowstorm, too (we don't believe in plowing around here, except for arterial streets). When I lived in California, I thought 50 was on the edge of being too cold for riding. Now I'm thinking I'll dig out a pair of shorts for the weekend....
