I rode the TT bike between 6 and 8AM. Jumped on the motorcycle. Went to Manhattan. Meetings with clients. Back here. Putting out fires all afternoon. It turns out I actually have a friggin business to run after all. And sometimes, it gets busy.

I'm doing a "recovery ride". An exercise in self control to keep the HR stupid low and ignore all the Freds (my brothers) storming by me. Look for their posts later on how they slaughtered some road nazi on the MUP today.

I rested yesterday and don't have a HR monitor, so no problem there. Maybe I should go on a Fred hunt?

Probably is kinda a stong word, it sort of implied that most (>50%) of them break...I know many 6 series riders and know of none with steerer tube failures.
