Thanks for your interest. I'll have public relations do some research to determine if Cotsis CAD is a brand I want to be associated with.

Our sponsorship dollars are committed elsewhere through 2011 Gomer.

Those Psimet Zipp 404 clinchers are like the best friggin wheels I've ever ridden. Amazingly fast, stable, solid.

I appreciate your enthusiasm, but I just think it's weird that you expect others to finance your racing. Stop posting on BF, get a job, and pay for your own racing. If you were winning p/1/2 races I could see getting paid to race, but not when you can barely finish a cat 5 race.

No weird at all. If people want to advertise on his body, it's a win win.

Let's maximize his advertising space:

Being 50 has its compensations.

I've seen everything at least twice before.

And yet, I still make the same stupid friggin mistakes. Sigh. I'm such a moron.

I am in the right place.

All I know is that you could not pay me enough to be a kid again. One of the nice things about getting old is that you can look back at what an ******* you were back when you were a kid, and you will, believe me. Seeing that I have significantly reduced my level of *******ness, I have no desire to go back and repeat.

Did he do a rebuild? Pro+?

Reynolds has good customer service and I hate to void the warranty.

Your team doesn't help with race fees? It isn't as off the wall as everyone is making it sound. Of course there are normally some amount of dues involved.

Think of all the bang for the buck you are missing out on. 99.999999% of the people around here haven't even heard of the company.

Brand new 2009 Zipp 404 clincher rims, Powertap SL+ rear hub, Alchemy front hub. Great hoops, bought them brand new.

That doesn't begin to meet the 41 Standard for True Pathetic.

Wow - you must have been a regular bucket full of sunshine. ;)

I was at R&A today. The bikes they have on display - amazing, like browsing the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders. Me, I walked out with a water bottle cage - yay. Took a moment to look at a pair of HED Ardennes. I would have really lusted after them if they hadn't been sitting next to Zipp 101s.

You're destroying his internet anonymity. His drawings of ladies shoes are spectacular. That could be your jersey logo.

I found a slow, pinprick-type leak in the tube. I decided to patch it. The tube was still inflated from my leak discovery phase.

I thought, "Why not stick the patch on while the tube is inflated? If I stick it on now I'll get a better fit on the rounded surface than if I stick it on deflated and then re-inflate."

I thought The pressure in the tube was low enough, and the leak was slow enough, that it would work. But when I went to put it in the wheel I could already see the patch was bubbling out from the leak.

And now the tire has gone soft again.

Alas.

coasting 06-24-10 03:58 PM

is it just me or has BF taken a distinct nose dive into the idiocracy tonight.

What accounts for the massive disconnect between my tremendous ability to ride a bicycle versus my inability to fix a bicycle?
