I did think it odd that I didn't recognize many of the people there. And that most of the attendees didn't seem to care that I was there.

That's one county away from here at Tail of the Dragon. I generally don't ride my bike there except during a century ride. It's a magnet for idiot motorcyclists.

is it terribly fredilicious to want to ride at organised events? i really enjoyed riding in a different place and not worrying about getting lost and always having someone to chase. i'm thinking of signing up to other events.
