Post anything you've built specifically for your bike. Indoor storage, work stand, etc. I want a new project.

I made a repair stand. - 2" galvanized steel tube with a PVC T cut in half on the double side. Double hinges and double latches with loops for cotter pins to go through. Pipe screws into a matching galvanized mount that's bolted on a 4x6 rail in our garage. Ain't nuthin gonna pull that thing down.

I built a PVC storage stand that you put the back tire in to hold the bike upright, a repair stand out of steel pipe that required no welding so it can be disassembled into a pile of pipes, and a chain whip.

A bracket to attach a blinkie to the back of the rack. A cardboard box to fit inside my trunk bag to keep it sitting square on the top of the rack.

I have made some cup presses (standard BMX headset, American BB), as well as a headset remover out of an old straight seatpost (which sadly lasted maybe two uses).
The clamp on my Park Tools repair stand broke, so I fixed it with a cheaper version of JB Weld (and it worked awesome).
Bought a broken chain whip for a few bucks and added brand new chain pieces to it, works like new.

A climate controlled stable with warm Tri-Flo on tap. Complete with showers, on-call mechanic and pressurized regulated nitrogen gas supply (regular compressed air is, well, common.)
Nothing's too good for my bikes.

Maybe next you can build yourself a ride through bike wash. Just imagine after 4+ hours in the saddle you ride through the bike wash with foam and water spraying at you from all sides... heck, no need to have a shower and wash your bike clothes later on too.

I thought about that. Getting the pressure low enough so it wouldn't get water in the bearings was a big concern with the shower I put in the stable. I'll just have to settle with the mechanic washing the bikes (and giving a lube job, heh, heh) to the bikes and taking a regular old shower before Inga and Beril give me my post ride massage.

Cell phone holster. Got it from office supply store for eleven bucks. Took a bit of modification but it fits on the seatpack strap. Phone rides quite securely, and when it rings, you can just reach back and pluck it out.
Same setup would work for MP3.

I've got a wooden table that I had made to fit nicely in my dorm room... Now I use it in my apartment to store two bikes on top of it and my box of bike parts below it.

I wish I was a handy man, I would make my own work stand for my bike and a bike stand for it to be elevated and relaxed and stored. But I am a bum when it comes to tools and nuts and bolts. Al thou I can tune my bike and adjust the components just perfectly.
