So I met Pcad, again...
It's true...
I usually ride to Nyack on Sundays with a regular group but could not make it today so I stuck around for the race in Prospect Park.
There were some MAJOR breakaways today in almost all of the races. The Cat-5 race was a 2-man breakaway that completely obliterated the main field by maybe more than a minute. The Cat-3/4 had a breakaway and the Masters had a 4-man breakaway that was not caught. The Pro/1/2 had crazy attacks but I did not see the finish of that race.
Here are some HDR images of today's action:
Cat-5's; fierce...

Cat-5's being dropped...

Yeah, that's Pcad...

I wanted to get pics of gsteinb but the leaders jersey is so much harder to spot quickly compared to the pink kits
Great Scott! Riding the Master's 4-man breakaway...

Team mascot?

The end.

Considering he is almost as old as my own father, I can only give him props for actually finishing with the a pack consisting of Cat-2 and even higher riders.
Side note, if you want to be photographed, don't ride a BBQ-Black CAAD9. FYI.
Pink kits also help

I once saw a Global Locate kit on Foothill. Immediately recognized it from ~block away. Sprinted to catch up, but sadly, it was NOT pcad.

Be careful with your answers, because the two guys behind me are Alan, one of the faster guys on our team, and Gsteinb, our Team Leader.
By the way, Alan is riding his $4000 Lightweight wheels in that photo. Just sayin'. I think Alan is still mad at me. I hope that makes him even faster.
