Cheers cuda. I think your method of easing new mods in is wise. I thought that was how you guys did it but wasn't certain. I would not want to be just thrown in to sink or swim if I was one. That sig thing really angered me and perhaps I overreacted as well. I think, looking back on it, is that my past history was not considered nor was I asked the reason behind my sig before I got the request to remove it or change it. As I stated in my post, the way it was resolved could not have been better. I never knew who the complainant was (and didn't need to) and was never 'strong-armed" You guys did good
Again, no one is perfect but it is a thankless job you guys (and gals) do.

You should do it. My mom's a teacher at a middle school and she has a little pottery urn shaped thing on her desk with the label "Ashes of problem students." She says the parents get a kick out of it.

I am a Type II diabetic and had to have the 2 outer toes of my left foot amputated about 1/3 way down the side of the foot. I went to the Lancaster Covered Bridges Ride in 2007 and had the foot flare up and open up and bleed in the first 5 miles and had to bail out. I met many Bf'ers st that ride. I will assume that the falling over comment was a joke and will answer that....oddly (hmmm...maybe not so oddly?) yes I do sometimes fall over. I also have trouble going down stairs. It normally does not affect me on the bike other than the occasional hot foot or foot cramp. I do wear orthotics in my shoes but do not have them yet for my cycling shoes. One funny story was that....a couple months after I fully healed from my initial surgery in Sept. 2004 (I had the surgery on Aug. 2003 so it took 14 months to fully heal) I went on a cruise with my family and really loved it. One day I was walking down the corridor and suddenly could not stop falling to the left. I found out that the ship had been turning left (to port). From then on, everyone who was with me inside could tell when the ship turned left because I would keep walking left without turning.
I have had 3 surgeries since and HOPE they got it fixed for good this time.

I am here to testify that all mods are commie French drones with just one purpose in life...to beat up wussy skinny roadies and steal their girlfriends (yes, even the women mods...damned lesbos one and all!) I was once one of these (a mod and a lesbo), but managed to escape before the brain-drain and droneization could be completed. They only let me live if I vowed silence, chastity and to never wear a thong again, but I can no longer remain silent. Yes, I will probably be killed...or worse, required to wear white sweat socks with a black evening gown, but you, my roadie brothers and sisters (mostly the sisters) are worth it...though I would appreciate some financial support. PM me for paypal details.
