A fixed gear conversion

I took my fixed gear and converted it.

Sorry about the kludgy front derailleur shims. I'll be picking up a new one very soon. Also, thanks everyone for the advice on a wheel set. Loving my Fulcrums!

nice work.

btw, the silver bartape looks terrible. I would put on red. or white. or black.

and why does the crank look black in the box but its silver on the bike?
