I heard from the forum a few months ago that they are ok. I been looking into this ones myself also but no money so im just waiting. If you look at the web people say that are ok also. Track stuff is pretty nice, doubt the road ones are that bad, and for that price it they last 2 years u got your money worth. Or you rather get a 450 bucks rear hub and a 300 bucks front hub? Prices in hubs have gone mickey mouse lately.
ps: let me know when u get them please...

I've got them. They're decent, that's it. The bearings have a really heavy feeling to them, but I'm sure they'll get nicer with a few miles in them. I built them up as a tubular wheelset before I left, hopefully I'll get them sent to me soon.

I been using a pair of wheels built with this hubs and i cant complain, the best thing is that u can service them pretty fast and the freehub body pawls do not have a single delay, i had a set of easton vistas and the freehub body took like 20% of a revolution to engage the pawls, the miche feels just like the campagnolo hub, the pawls grabs right away.
The rear hub is normal loud, the bearings are sealed 6001 cartridges so going ceramic with the is just pretty easy, and for 90 bucks is the best bang for your money. Like them a lot.
Cheers

I got a set of wheels that had them, the front one is a 24 spokes laced radially.
Rear is 32, 3 cross.
Look at wiggle and that other store at ireland, cant remember the name. Wiggle gives you free shipping and the price is way better than here in the states.

I have a miche cassette too and i have to tell you something, is noisier than the record i have but happens that as much u use it, the most smooth it gets. At least that happened to me. Besides where are u going to get a cassette that cheap and fully customizable?. I was thinking like you in a matter of fact i was selling it but after a few rides the cassette is doing fine. Is not titanium but works fine, better than the conversion cassette i have moving around (honest opinion)

my 1997 bianchi came stock with miche hubs, headset, and crankset.. i got the bike about 6 mo ago and the hubs and headset are still fine. i had to replace the crank before i started riding it much since all the crank bolts were corroding, and the pedal threads stripped on the second ride.
so yes, miche is ok, but not bulletproof.

Nothing is bullet proof, have seen a few campangolo cranks busted, hubs totally messed up, headsets so pitted that are useless... etc etc. All depends on how u take care of your stuff also. Been hearing and i have seen pedals threads stripped big time but never had happen to me ever, i believe many of the problems with threads is people who didnt play with mecano playsets when kids, and really have no idea when the threads are fitting fine or not, mechanically unpair or simply stupid.
Real story, i saw many many years ago a dumb guy to thread the pedals backwards, do not even ask me how he did it, we noticed just when he was half way in in the second crank, i noticed that he was fighting with the wrench big time and suddenly i noticed he was tightening backwards, made him stop right away.
We still can't figure it how, but well a nice pair of campagnolo cranks trashed.
