Sorry to interrupt the tomfoolery, but I'm pretty excited after last night's trainer session. It was my first time sustaining more than 300 watts for more than a minute or two.
I averaged 305W for 10 minutes during my second LT interval last night. PowerCommander was zeroed, and the Garmin confirmed it.
And I felt like I could have kept going, but I stuck to the training schedule. (Mostly. The target for the interval was actually 288W.)
And I'm just a little behind schedule for my first 1000-mile month! (But will get caught up after this weekend.)

10-minute LT intervals are difficult on a landscape peppered with stoplights & stopsigns.

That's good stuff.
