Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

The 2010 Sram Force?

I have ridden the Red for a while now and have heard great things about the new 2010 SRAM Force.

My question to those of you who have ridden both.

Can you tell a difference between having the zero loss on the rear shifter on the Red and not on the Force?

Thinking of building up with Force.

I've got 1 Red bike and 2 Force bikes. Love them all. IMO, Force is indistinguishable from Red, from a performance standpoint. Because of the price difference, I will go all Force in the future.

you could have just red for the shifters if you are worried.

Yes I can tell the difference, but no it isn't a huge deal.

Bikes: aggressive agreement is what I ride.

Same. I can tell the difference, but after shifting up once instead of down, I remember which bike I'm on and throw the lever a little more to shift down. Usually only takes 1x/ride to get it into memory.
