Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Well, it got lighter from 2012 to 2013.

The rings are MUCH stiffer compared to last years.

I saw every one. I think we watched it mostly b/c kelly kapowski was hot. I even dated a girl in HS for awhile, b/c she kind of looked like Kelly.

I just googled this Bike, nice. I like the SL-K personally. Where's the original crank that came with the CAAD?

It's here at my house. I probably should just put on the gossamar and save some damn money, but that would be to smart of me

I now have a 5 year old daughter that watches it. She loves it so much that we got her all seasons on DVD! So we always have this show playing. Its funny, I see the show now and think..."Why did I LOVE it so much? The acting is god awful, the plots are stupid, the Canned laughter is over the wall corny...", but next thing you know, I'm sitting right next to my daughter laughing it up! No matter how stupid this show was/is, it will always be a classic among our generation!

Agreed.

Netflix has the complete series and my wife watches them from time to time.

Consider yourself lucky, my daughter and I usually watch Monster High or something to do with One Direction. If I get to the clicker 1st I can still get her to watch some Sponge Bob with me.

I'll take better pictures this weekend or next weekend.

Picked up this Caad 10 4 for $1200
Put on my Soul 3.0SL wheels. I need to transfer my saddle over and get a new headset dust cover to slam my stem a bit more. THEN I need to get the steerer cut.

I was just checking your bike out in the "what road bike do you have" thread, very nice with the wheels.
What year is this and is that the stock fork?

Bikes: CAAD10

Well folks, I've put about 450mi on my 2011 CAAD10-1 w/ Red group that I built about a month ago. It was supposed to be my rain/winter/crit bike, but I love it so much, I am starting to wonder if my 2008 Cervelo R3 frame is really worth holding on a pedestal over it. I suppose I will just have to race them both with equal abandon! With latex tubes inside Conti GP4k clinchers, the CAAD10 ride is a lot smoother than I expected over rough pavement. Almost as smooth as my old Columbus steel Bianchi, but with a ton more stiffness during hard efforts.

Loving it!

2012, yes it's the stock fork. The red on the wheels will help me pull off my black/red saddle. Woop.

I agree! Second favorite for me is the BBQ black w/ white lettering, and #1 has gotta be the black on black anodized 10-1 from 2011/12
