Extremely well done. :thumb:

I wonder if Bontragers can be that bad... I know it took a while for my Mavic elites to wake up. But they wasn't bad. They just got better after 1000 miles.

Hot for sure. The fork really looks good with those wheels. Nice bike.

My 2012 CAAD10 4 Rival. Mostly stock. I like it.

And yes, I know it's in the wrong gear, lol... ;)

Specialized Rib Cage. They work a lot better than the alloy cages I had before, no bottle rattle, and are pretty light for a polymer cage.

I like it too. I agree with the others, those cages look pretty slick with that frame. My 2nd favorite colorway on the CAADs.

I like it when manufacturers don't hide the aluminum with paint.

What size? That's a little heavier than I expected.

the specialized saddle bag is empty, with only a 5 led rear light attached on the back

:roflmao2:ONLY a 5 led. Haha. 6 would've started to get excessive.

Here's mine:

It's a measly 2 led light. :)

FPSDavid 06-27-13 10:08 AM

I'd wager that your bag + light add more than you'd think.

InfiniteCycles says the 2012 CAAD10 105 weighs 18.4lbs, and its the same as the 2013.

mrjim 06-27-13 10:26 AM

I'd wager the pedals are adding a lot more than the seat bag and light. I'm guessing InfiniteCycles weights are with no pedals since it's "claimed weight". They also don't state frame size.

dudemanppl 06-27-13 12:42 PM

Why is your CAAD so heavy?

I could get the bike in the 11 pound range if I had a lot of money.

With the lack of bar tape across the tops it's no wonder it weighs in so light!

could you elaborate on this, by naming all the products you would purchase to achieve the 11 pound range of a CAAD 10?

FPSDavid 06-27-13 06:48 PM

I think I take pictures of my bike more than I ride it... I have a problem!

My CAAD10 3 (58cm) weighs in at a shade under 18 1/2lb (8.38Kg) as it is ridden - 2 x plastic cages, 105 pedals, front / rear lights and Garmin with K-edge mount. I am amazed at how some people get their bikes so low.

cheers
