Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Not sure if you were asking for the decals or the frame. Anyway, Seymour answered the frame part. As for the decals, stock Cosmic Carbone SL comes with white decals.

Seller ended the auction.

There are different sellers at ebay but this one printed the decals on transparent vinyl. I bought some for another seller, they discolored after less than a year.

After a lot of looking I found one. When I got there it turned out it was a 54cm model, and for some stupid reason I got it anyway. If I'd known it was a 54 before hand I wouldn't have even considered it.

Can I make this work? Or should I honestly just sell it straight away and keep looking for the 56cm model?

Thanks
I'm 50 years young, 5'10, 165lbs and just rode my first century on a 56 cm CAAD 10. I couldn't imagine trying to make a smaller frame work. For one thing, my gut would get in the way.

IME, I would sell the 54 and buy a 56.

I'm 5'11" and my 54cm CAAD10 fits me just fine. I know all proportions are different, but lordromanov01, is the frame super-small or what? You didn't exactly state why you were dissatisfied with the frame size...

I'm going to make a photo request here, and I'd appreciate anyone who can help me.

I'd like a photo of a 52cm CAAD10 frame built up, but the key is I'd like to know how much seatpost is showing and the stem length.

I'm going to play around with paint and cheaply photoshop it to see how goofy the extra seatpost would look coming down from a 54cm. The frame size I'm on is great (54cm), but I've shortened the handlebar reach, and I'd like to lose a bit more, but I don't want to shorten from the 105mm stem (seriously, everytime I measure it I get 105mm - does Cannondale make a C3 105mm stem?!?).

Only issue seems to be the 52cm to 54cm only loses a fraction of it's reach, but 2cm of stack....

Well I was asking more because most people of my size have a 56-58 cm frame. I know everyone is different, though.
My problem was that I haven't had a road bike before so I was not sure how it should feel to ride with the proper set up. After taking some stem spacers out it feels even better so next I will get a longer stem (120 or 130mm maybe) and see how that feels.

Great looking bikes this year. My local dealer has the Black Inc. DI2 for $2800 so I had them order one for me - It should be in on Friday.

I ride a 52 and I'm 1.72m (5'8") tall. I know I've posted it here before but in answer to your question here's mine once again:

I've since replaced the stem with a 120 mm and removed the spacer below the stem. The old 100 mm was giving me hand numbness after an hour of riding.

I'll try to post a more recent, updated pic soonest.
Re: Cannondale C2 stem. AFAIK there's no 105 mm stem. I measured mine at 100 mm - YMMV.

I am 6'1" and ride 56cm and it is too small for me...now i know i should be on a 60cm or at least a 58cm... i had to add a stem riser 3" and a adjustable angle stem at max angle to get the rise i wanted... I hate to say but i have the wrong bike... i will ride it though until next year and then i will get something else...I also hate to say that it may not be a Cannondale...i am really liking the Spesh Secteur elite https://www.specialized.com/us/en/bik.../secteur-elite or the Synapse... This time i will get the right size...i was new to road biking after a 23 year hiatus but am educating myself and will build up my endurance on this CAAD8 throughout the winter...Eastern NC is great for cycling in the winter.

Re: Cannondale C2 stem. AFAIK there's no 105 mm stem. I measured mine at 100 mm - YMMV.
Much appreciation. Do you have a measurement of how much seatpost is showing? Not the overall length of the seatpost, but just how much is out of the frame.

Also, what type of handlebars are those? (I'm just trying to compile a list of traditional/classic bend bars available today)

I'm about 5' 9.5". The 56cm frame feels like a monster underneath me. The 54cm feels good, but I'm just curious as to how the 52cm would feel or look. I'd be hard pressed to test ride a 52cm though, I believe. Every bike shop I've talked to steers me back to the 54 or 56...

And I'm just not sure how I keep getting 105mm measured. Center of the top cover to the middle of the handlebars, it's 105mm every time. I'd like to figure it out to see what aftermarket stems I can purchase.

You should have attached them to the side of the trash bin, so maybe people could see where the trash goes.
