won at Ebay for $1,525.00 last Monday. Size 50 CAAD10 with Dura Ace 7900 groupset in team colors. it's still shipping at UPS. I'm having sleepless nights already. I dream of climbing never ending hills and doing century rides and gran fondos with this beauty next year.

got the bike from the UPS office last night. bike was already built. then I put up the stem and handlebar and the seatpost and saddle. I found out that the cannondale seatpost is a little bit on the heavy side. thick alloy. I don't have a weighing scale but I really wanna know how much the weight for this seatpost is. im planning to replace this with a zero setback Williams carbon seatpost. $98 at williamscycling.com. 167gms.

The one I've received from them is about 2mm too wide. their production tolerances aren't very good in otherwords.

Well my thoughts are, the '14 has di2 cable routing. I run campy but you never know. The SRAM is substantially lighter. I do like both frames Raw is in your face Metal, the grey looks nice with carbon wheels. Choices choices

Here is my latest CAAD build. 2006 CAAD8, Ultegra SL group, mavic aksium wheelset. There are a couple tings i will be changing in the near future, cause I just used the extra stuff I had laying around and they weren't exactly what i wanted on the bike. All in All, i'm happy with the build.

Just finished this build this evening: Dura ace 7700/7800/7801- still need a nicer seatpost. I bought this as a frameset that included the DA7700 crankset which along the way has been bead blasted... so I need to either polish this one or secure another. I will post a better pic tomorrow...

looking for my first road bike and the the caad 10 ultegra is currently at the top of my list. smoothest ride i have been on thus far.
noticed LOTS of issues with the BB30, would swapping the crank for an ultegra solve this?

No because you still have a BB30 frame. I had a caad9 with an adapter to use non bb30 cranks and it still creaked like a mofo. Seems like it comes down to care and installation of bb30 bearings, servicing them and luck.
