Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I believe everything on yours is in house. Just waiting it's time up the queue.

Nice...just give me your email address so I don't bother replying. Busy guy and this is a side business. I take my licks because of not having the resources to respond to everyone in a timely manner. Best thing is that those with patience will end up with the best wheels.

For what it's worth I called Rob yesterday and he took the time to talk to me on a Sunday while preparing for a race. He very easily could have ignored the call and gotten back with me later. At no point did he rush the call and he didn't try to talk me into spending more money. He is certainly a busy guy but I have a feeling that the wheels are going to be worth the wait.

Is it wrong to be setting around day dreaming about wheels?

It would be wrong, however, if upon receipt of said wheels that no pics are posted!

Bikes: LOOK 595 Ultra/Campy Record 10Sp, restored Guerciotti/Campy C-Record 6 Sp, TIME RXR/Campy SR 11Sp, and Colnago C-60 with Campagnolo SR 11sp.

I had him build me a set of 50 mm carbon tubulars with my PT rear hub and my DT Swiss front hub. 3K miles later they are as true as on day 1. Good communication and painless transaction. Would buy from him any day of the week without hesitation.

I still haven't decided exactly what I am getting, leaning towards the Fuji Altamira LTD though. If I go with it I will have to wait until the end of January when Fuji gets them in stock.

Yep, it's a beautiful frameset and you got a great deal on it. I used to have a TCR, probably around 04 or 05, it was my first carbon frameset and still remains one of my favorites. I actually had the ti IF Crown Jewel that I used to own built based on the geometry of the TCR.

To be funny a comeback must be both witty and timely. This fulfills neither of those requirements.
