Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I did exactly this.
I also explained who Justin Bieber Was.

I have now had three e-mails back and forth with Chad at FSA.

Not only has he been exceptionally gracious, he provided me part numbers, prices, and photos (that I think he took himself) of the parts in questions. He explained they were not currently at the web store, and gave me tips on how to get them by either giving the part numbers to my LBS or calling him derectly.

I am more than satisfied with the service I have received.

I am a big ass, who jumped to conclusions while stewing in my enraged emotional cesspool.

However, I am not on blow. Caffeine, maybe a few beers, yes, blow, no.

Thank you all for your input and assistance.

I like a story with a happy ending. Not as much as a massage with happy ending but its good to hear things worked out.

Again; FSA customer service sucks !!!
funny you should mention it (in various places)
as it so happens, I am quite well acquainted with FSA's base in Woodinville, WA - and I know a good bit about their customer service.
Feel free to have your opinion, I and everyone that I know who has had problems with FSA has been satisfied with their business model around here.
They aren't IndyFab, nor do they hold themselves up to be, nor are they priced accordingly.

I am very satisfied with them in all my dealings with them, as are my team mates, and we all ride heaps of FSA products (including my latest set of wheels two weeks ago, and my next set of wheels next season)

I am sorry you seem to have had such a poor experience of them.
