Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Time to make some money. Bring on the zebra kit.

Ugly? I'd take that frameset in a heartbeat.

I was going to say that the SHimano crank is the only redeemable part of the bike.

Not too bad. Looks like your run of the mill China rip-off of a P3 frame to me (which can be bought for ~$700). btw, I liked the Caddyshack reference.

Bikes: LOOK 595 Ultra/Campy Record 10Sp, restored Guerciotti/Campy C-Record 6 Sp, TIME RXR/Campy SR 11Sp, and Colnago C-60 with Campagnolo SR 11sp.

The bike is not that bad. Not my cup of tea personally, but not that bad. There are far too many others that are worse and get sold more. Orbea come to mind.

As far as Cipollini himself, the guy is simply a guy's guy. No bro-mance, but the guys simply is who he is. And yes, I do agree with a lot of what he said in that recent article. Not all of it, but most of it.

Bikes: N-1 where N = number needed

It needs to be metallic black with gold flecks and have the logos in gold leaf.

I like it.

From what I understand, which isn't much, Mario is kind of a two-dimensional guy--sex and racing. So it makes sense he'd be a little preoccupied with growing another set of reproductive organs. I'm a fan, but sometimes he's kind of a ditz.
