Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Trek Vs Fuji

Hey guys, I have been riding a fixed gear for quite sometimes and have decided to upgrade to a road bike, but I can't make my decision between Trek 1.2 White Pearl and Fuji bike 2.0...
Thanks in advance for any response.

Go with which one fits best. If they both fit great then go with the cooler looking one, if they both look cool then go with the cheaper one. If you can not decide about that, flip a coin

Exactly. I'd also throw in what LBS do you like best. If you like both bikes and can't decide, go with the better shop.

I assume the Fuji is the Newest 2.0. Looks like the both have the same set up. Triple chainring, 11-25T 9 speed cassette, carbon forks, sora/tiagra mix. Essentially these bikes are the same.

No such thing as there's too many variables. And ultimate performance really depends on you the rider. +1 on what everyone's suggested so far. Let us know which one you're going with and post pics!

If you can afford to spent a little more, purchase the Fuji Newest 1.0. Better components 105/ Tiagra Shifters and the Geometry of the Fuji is more relax were the Trek 1.2 is race geometry. The Trek 1.2 is nice. Have the same setup as my Specialized Secteur Sport. I was going to purchase a Newest 1.0 but the local Performance Bicycles were sold out of the 2010's.
