Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

See, this post is the opposite - I'm understanding about 5%.

I still need to remove the BB and the headset. And the waterbottle cages which requires a 3.5mm allen wrench.

My 1991 GT had never had a bottle cage attached. I found that odd.

This bike actually only has one mount. At one point, I had a second cage attached with hose clamps.

Earlier I thought I lost the allen wrench that adjusts the brakes but I eventually found it in the car. Did you check there?

Sounds like an all-nighter. Probably a funner one than finishing a paper or a tax return.

Nah. I'm not working on the bike tonight. It was just bothering me that I couldn't find the wrench, so when I found it I had to take the cage off.
