Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

If you would have had brownies and ice cream, my elevated heart rate would have prevented me from sleeping tonight.

Uhhhh that woman has nearly perfect proportions. I do like skinny, unshaped women but nothing beats an athletic full-figured woman. Nothing.

That's not athletic. That's fat those thighs are huge. and she is no sprinter. For reference this is an athletic woman with proper strong legs:

Not likely. Lucky for her, I don't hit women, and she would be protected by the Secret Service anyway.

All kidding aside, though, I sure do come across some interesting ideas about bodies online. Michelle Obama's thighs are not exactly "fat" and she's not exactly "athletic". She's got fairly wide hips and they're not even close to being filled out with either fat or muscle.

She's got a bit of the saddlebag thing goin' on but she's looking damn fine for a 47-year-old mother of two.

Word selection exercise: If you had to describe my physique in one word, would you use buff or ripped?

Explain your reasoning.

I just got back from the longest walk I've ever took my puppy on. I have some pretty bad blisters on my feet now. Flip flops was a bad idea. Soaking my feet now watching the Giro, getting ready for a long day sweating on the bike. It was so warm I was sweating on the walk. Thank heavens good weather is finally here.
