Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Bikes: Have two wheels

I'd be more tempted by the Cinelli Experience deal though.

That is a screamin' deal on the Experience! I just don't know if I can ever bring myself to ride a sloping top tube road bike.

You're probably right. I'd be better off with a Torelli in that price range I think.

I can't get any straight answers from him. He's a student of the politician class.

I know how you feel, but if I'm going to go sloping top tube, I might as well go Cinelli.

I am painting it in the spot you see in the picture, so I'm not using spray paint.

Thanks. I hope to wrap it up this week. We'll see if my schedule allows it.

I'm getting tired of riding the country bike exclusively.

Blue and yellow are my old college colors, but I think it may get red accents to match the head tube badge.

To be fair, and this is just a completely objective view, but cycling is less interesting than Nascar. Definitely a step up from watching a marathon though.

Basically we are to take him at his word for everything he says he is and does. And if I know anything about the internet and people...

I think road cycling and Nascar are about on par when it comes to TV watchability. For me, Crits are more fun than Nascar to watch live. Standing out on a road course to watch 'em roll by once is pretty lame live sport entertainment, well below Nascar.

The World Track Championships were way better TV entertainment than Nascar could ever even dream of being, IMO.

DH, DS and 4X are way better too.
