Frame Geometry for Long Legs and Short Torso

Because as a tall guy these things always interest me, I printed the drawing, measured the stack and reach, and adjusted for scale. Not super precise, but I come up with a stack of ~62, and a reach of ~36.4. My custom is 71/38. The stock Madone 64cm I'm looking at is 65.4/40.1
I took a quick measurement off my bike at home although admittedly I rushed it, and without thinking I grabbed it off the top of the headset and not the actual head tube....nonetheless I got a stack of 60.5 and a reach of 41.0. I estimated to adjust for measuring at the proper spot and I figure it's actually closer to a stack of ~59.5 and a reach of ~42.0. Estimating I really should be on a frame pretty similar to datlas I would say mine is pretty far off the mark.
