Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Decent Eats?

I am wondering if any folks have some decent sites that might have suggestions for meals? I am a clyde and of course love the pasta and such, but would love to lose some. I have tried just the shakes, but mentally I want something to actually eat. Just some ideas would be greatly appreciated! I figure if I can start eating better and riding more the maybe I can jump out of the clyde status at some point.

Cheers!

Hey, I too, love food, and love to cook. I probably exercise to eat. However, this is far from the best place for recipes, unless you want to make a gel pack...

I'm big into chicken and fish, and flame grilling everything I can. Also, if it doesn't have at least one kind of pepper in it, it isn't a meal IMO.

I largely ignore stacking carbs and protiens, and just eat healthy.

Follow the Plate Method. It is an actual meal plan...Google it.
