Said right to clean air is not recognized anywhere in any meaningful charter i know of just like the right to clean water. They should be, but they aren't.

The US Environmental Protection Agency might disagree with you on that one.

You can't be serious. They might do something if you were dumping gallons of effleunt in a river, but that is not the problem is it.
