Why no NFL jerseys?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

They're more BMX types, I guess:

As I look back, it seems many agree. However this is the 41, and there is still plenty of dumb going around in here.

Titans are not the Oilers. I refuse to acknowledge their existance.

Yes, combining two things that have no business being together is stupid.

Biathlon is recognized as a sport, I'll buy that. Wearing one sports jersey to participate in another is stupid.

And if you wear a sport jersey and not play any of the sport it represents is called what?

Nothing like hating on something you obviously know nothing about. But wait, where am I? Just the standard practice here.

"soccer" is more than a sport, billions of people understand . america and canada are the only places in the world where a big majority of people there dont like "soccer", and 99% of the reason why they dont like "soccer" in america and canada is that the media makes it non existent.

Yup. I've got nothing against the Texans, but I'm not a huge fan either. I sort of root for them the way I root for Dallas - they're from Texas. I was a huge die hard Luv Ya Blue fan though. My first memories of football involve them. When I was a kid Greg Stemrick who played for the Oilers lived down the street from me (which was a little odd as I didn't live in a super fancy neighborhood. I guess they didn't pay them the ridiculous amounts of money then like they do now). He used to come out and throw the ball around with us kids on occasion. Once, for reasons I don't know, he had a lot of the team over at his house. We all sat around on our bikes outside of his house watching Dan Pastorini, Earl Campbell, and white shoes pull up. They waved at us and asked us how we were doing and stuff. To a kid that was awesome. Stuff like that is why I was a fan. When they moved, it was over money. Really soured me on the NFL.

The media has nothing to do with why we don't like soccer. Soccer is why we don't like soccer.
