Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

To be clear here. Yes, I do love her, clearly. Buying the house, and moving in together was her idea. Her calling me, and texting everyday was her idea. She is the one, that came back to me. She kept pushing things forward, but yet saying she wanted to take things slow. It had nothing to do with me being "clingy". She is attractive, but again that isn't the point. There has always been something that really makes me feel connected to her like no one before, or after. I also never set out to bang other chics. It just so happened I got that txt message Monday night, and it made me realize it wasn't the end of the world after this. I've always been friends with the personal trainer throughout all of this, but we successfully kept it as just a friendship. I don't even want to bang other girls. IDK, I am so effed up over all of this. Maybe it is best if it does end, and end for good. Like WhyFi has insinuated, how can I ever expect it to be any better than it's been? I guess the good times we've had just make it all seem worth all the BS, but is it really? IDK? I do love her, and she is beautiful. She is the best, and possibly the worst thing to ever happen to me. Everything is so contradictory, I feel like I am constantly trapped in a paradox with her. This is why I feel it has to never be revisited, if we let go now. I felt in my heart I had to do this today, so I went with that. I had to really.

I really want to go back to talking about bike schwagg. I can't wait to do leg press tonight. I also can't wait to ride my bike on the trainer tomorrow. I'm striving to get back to some sort of normalcy.

Flipping out cuz someone doesn't txt you before noon-ish while recovering from a night on the town is a little towards the clingy side.

I may try to get on the trainer for a few minutes this weekend. It will just be a quick spin. Very, very low resistance.

One-legged drills! Your left leg will come out of this super smooth while your gimp foot is still pedalling squares.

It Worked For Me Today

I'm passing this on because it worked for me today. A Dr. on TV said to have inner peace we should finish things we started & we all could use more calm in our lives. I looked around my house to find things I'd started & hadn't finished, so I finished off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Chardonnay, a bodle of Baileys, a butle of wum, tha mainder of Valiuminun scriptins, an a box a chocletz. Yu haf no idr how fablus I feel rite now. Sned this to all who need inner piss. An telum u luvum

My work outs this week include some intensity. I thought it would be a nice change from all the base / tempo crap. It was a change. Effin hurts.

Should I do these on the trainer or on the rollers?

Nah, if it weren't for it showing off how it can bend without hurting I wouldn't even notice how much the other one hurts.
