What next, TWC, commercializing this naming protocol you are suggesting by incorporating moisturizing product placements.

The Neuropeptide Firming Blizzard is butting paths with Winter Storm Le Soin Noir. We expect dangerous levels of alabaster skin to coat the earth from Iowa to Kansas.

Agreed thanks for that.

I've been contemplating our options. I had a really bad week last week, and it came to a head Friday night and Saturday morning. On top of that with her dad being in and out of the hospital, and then she had he flu all week, it's just been a ****ty month. We are going to have weeks, and months that are bad. The thing is we got through it, and we will again. I really do care about her a whole lot.

It's a relationship. There are always ups and downs. How you both weather when things are truly bad defines how good you both really are. If it were perfect all the time it wouldnt be called a relationship - it'd be called a wet dream.

LesterOfPuppets 12-09-12 03:40 PM

Damn, RUOkie. Hope your wife can fight that, start living a real life. Hope you get through it okay mentally.

Drag 12-09-12 03:40 PM

On the upside I'm the only guy in a house full of drunken women. Nearly all of them single. My wife is throwing a craft night, which is nothing more than a loosely disguised dinner party for the ladies from her zoomba and aerobics classes. It's all innocent and safe fun. Woe is me. ;)

Does she have one of the little + things on top of your strings or does she use two hands?

datlas 12-09-12 03:56 PM

I know it's old news now, Ru, but I hope things are improving.

Don't do anything drastic...I suggest in your case a few subtle changes..
1) ready your passport
2) pack up all your belongings
3) throw your phone in the nearest river
4) Board the next plane to China
5) NEVER look back!

That is rough.

I saw a needle in the bike lane on my lunch ride. Bummed out my Christmas spirit momentarily.

Nah, I just thought a lot about it. I have a lot of things I want to talk to her about. The more I look at the situation. I recognize she has a lot of faults. Sure she is very attractive, but she has a lot of mental issues. Most women do, but her maybe a bit more than most. With her dad being ill, and all of that, it's just a hard time in her life. Honestly I'd be hard pressed to see what she has bad to say about me. This recent problem was from me being upset because she ignored my phone calls, and txt messages Friday night, when she was "out with the girls". A very valid complaint, but when I brought it up, it turned into a mini Chernobyl. It's basic simple respect. When someone calls, or txts you, and you miss it at least at some point txt them back. Instead I was left with a 14.5hr window, when I thought she could of been dead. I don't care if she was out with the girls, I was concerned about her well being. I didn't even have anything to talk about, I was just returning a call from her that I missed. When she didn't respond I got worried.

I just wanna say, I really like my BDop lid. I've had it for about 7 months. Used it for cycling, running, and even yard work. It gets washed quite a often and is holding up well. That is all.

In cycling related news. My legs feel like crap. I have not ridden my bike enough lately. I've been spending too much time with her, not enough on the bike. Backing off a bit, sounds like a fantastic idea actually.

There is nothing quite so beautiful as a 37 mile ride in 37 degree rainy weather followed by a steaming hot shower. The beauty in this kind of weather for cycling is a bit harder to see, but it is there, in misted browns and greys, in rain slicked roads reflecting the trees as you cycle by. The whispering quiet of the bike acts like a hypnotists watch and minutes become seconds, seconds become minutes as you slip into a timeless state passing like a dream.

Seeing a lot of photos of you lately lester, hope you're not succumbing to the pcad/ijen syndrome.

LesterOfPuppets 12-09-12 04:40 PM

Uh-oh. I don't think I'd ever go full pcad/ijen. Plastic bikes are a hard sell for me :)

Jeez whooshie, sorry to hear of that but glad your son is drug free now. My own son is now convinced, at age 16, that pot is okay and in fact the greatest thing in the world. Hard to argue with him, he's smart but kind of dumb in this respect, knows everything there is to know. Ahhh the wisdom of youth.

I often observe that I am not hip enough to be gay. Never is Gomer. But I don't think that would stop him.
