Don't give up on her Ruokie, if you have love at all rehab can work miracles. For the addict ready to confront their demons, it can be a miraculous transformation. But it's a lot of work.

Keep playing that Lester and going for those perineal rolfing treatments and you may end up hip enough yet. My older sister is gay, she affectionately calls me a breeder and that when I really get in tune with who I am I will realize I am gay. Not sure what this means, hell I don't even play a guitar .

Now it's your turn, MM, to ask what the hell I am talking about.

Until yesterday you didn't know what a Lester even is, let alone a Shiva.

patentcad 12-09-12 05:09 PM

Besides, if you're going to come out, what better place to do it than the 41?

Your post still needs a bit of a cryptic boost to get to mm levels. Maybe interleave its sentences with sentences from your 37° ride report post.

Nah, I just thought a lot about it. I have a lot of things I want to talk to her about. The more I look at the situation. I recognize she has a lot of faults. Sure she is very attractive, but she has a lot of mental issues. Most women do, but her maybe a bit more than most. With her dad being ill, and all of that, it's just a hard time in her life. Honestly I'd be hard pressed to see what she has bad to say about me. This recent problem was from me being upset because she ignored my phone calls, and txt messages Friday night, when she was "out with the girls". A very valid complaint, but when I brought it up, it turned into a mini Chernobyl. It's basic simple respect. When someone calls, or txts you, and you miss it at least at some point txt them back. Instead I was left with a 14.5hr window, when I thought she could of been dead. I don't care if she was out with the girls, I was concerned about her well being. I didn't even have anything to talk about, I was just returning a call from her that I missed. When she didn't respond I got worried.

OK, I'm not Dr. Phil, but beauty is skin deep. Possessing great looks for a man or woman is icing on the cake, it's the qualities/values that count and how you are being treated. "Most women have mental issues" is a pretty bold statement. Ya know, there's lots of women out there and I'm sure you haven't met them all. No one is perfect even though we'd like to have all the qualities wrapped up in one package. I personally would choose to be by myself than to deal with someone who is not willing to help themselves in the way of "mental issues" or to listen to your feelings. If my mother calls and leaves a message, she doesn't wait for me to return the call - she keeps on calling. That ticks me off. I call back when I have time. Sounds like perhaps your girlfriend feels like you are smothering her. Everyone needs to have their own space. How many times did you call? After you returned her call and left a message, wait for her to return the call. If she was dead, you'd see it on the news :). Like I said before, this time of the year is stressful and having an ill father, makes it worse. Listen to your heart!

I agree. It's so hard to give up on someone you truly care about.

Also I just reactivated my FB account. I put up a farewell address to gain some contact info, and it will go down for good tomorrow at 6pm EST. Already I am happy I did. The first girl I ever kissed in second grade added me about two months ago. She just sent me her contact info. I never want to loose touch with her. She was always a great friend. Married now so no hope there, but just good to keep in touch with her.

I honestly believe that "mental issues" - real, imagined, social, whatever - are equally distributed between men and women. I've met whack jobs on both sides of the aisle.

Solo opining that most women have mental issues is yet another Addiction Irony Moment.

Note to Solo: if women have 'issues', you have the whole friggin subscription.

My mom's gall bladder surgeon had quite the resume. His first surgical experience was in a high causality M*A*S*H unit in Vietnam.

Speaking of notes-note to self, never have 2 slices of pizza 5 minutes before a ride. I should know this, maybe not such a quick learner after all.

If one says "all" of anyone are this or that they're displaying their own issues.

Were there any other kind? Of MASH units I mean. Sad to say but I envy those guys their experience. Were I single there is no doubt in my mind that I would be in Afgan land doing surgery right now.

Generalizations are the province of the ignorant-except SA's case, he's just crazy.

wut

It hit 70F this afternoon. I got sweat in my eyes. It was awesome.

You are henceforth required to attend miyata man's remedial grammar class for the remainder of the school year.

44° and misting here. I did lunch ride with no fender. Ass got wet so I cut it short @ 7 miles. I might put the Backscratcher on the fixie and roll out for a longer ride this evening, maybe hit the riverside loop on the way to watch Walking Dead on the big screen.

The whispering quiet of the bike acts like a hypnotists watch and minutes become seconds, seconds become minutes as you slip into a timeless state passing like a dream.

So how many drinks did you have when you wrote this??? Picture this - high 70's, sun shining and then take a lukewarm shower. Now that's my idea of a beautiful ride. I hope you woke up in time for dinner.
