Oh noes! A landslide on the mighty Cherohala Skyway (where I do a century ride). They better have it fixed by spring. |

Both the writing and the subject matter of this sexual assault story. How do the first two sentences get past an editor? |
Hey Velo
As a news hound, is any newspaper too small for you to read? Local news bores me. |

I've decided to use people's names more in conversation. It makes them feel more familiar and at ease. Am I right, velo?

Eal Weaver Died. He got thrown out of more games (82) than the Padres won last year (76).

Nothing arrived for the new build, so no progress this weekend. Was hoping it would be done. I really can't blame the broken fork because my Ribble box is still in transit. And I'll get nothing Monday. Thanks MLK.

Ribble is good. I've bought stuff from them. It's amazing how these online bike retailers are doing so well even in bad economy and a terrible retail sector in the UK. I read that Wiggle is run by a former CEO of ASDA which is Walmart in the UK. To give up a big job like that for an online bike shop speaks volumes.

Pull yourself together. |
I have ordered from them several times. They usually beat items shipped from the west coast.
Should I have started that with, "So, coasting, ...". I really want to follow decorum. :thumb: |

Funny, I was riding with a guy this afternoon (first ride I've done with another person in weeks). Along the way I asked him a question. He interjected my name in a sentence so loudly (almost yelling) it's as if he had this same thought. |

Red is much better than force IMO. I have Force on the race bike and a new set of cables helped, but it still is not as sure as the Red.
The shorter throw makes it easier to get used to the downshifts. I still occasionally overshift the Force (two cogs) when I only want one. Does not happen on the Red. Get the new yaw front derailluer, its a bit more tricky to set up for Force shifters but well worth the upgrade for Force. Front shifting on my Force bike is just as nice as on the new '13 Red bike which is magical. I love the new Red with its 0 trim front shifting. I can run the entire cassette on either ring up front. Its bad ass. |

So I realised I was starting my posts with "so" far too often. It's like I'm treating this place like a stand up stage.

I'd have to ride Red, it probably is much better.
Weight is utterly meaningless. Once you're down in the 16 lb range, you're close enough for rock n roll. It's just a fixation of velo morons like Solo. https://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphot...08614828_n.jpg I only wish it was still that light. It sits at 13.06lbs now with Yaw FD, and a 25mm rear tire. |
Meaningless.
Much like half your rantings. |
