I'm in bed with my pal Sam. Today he's healthy and very happy to be with his Daddy, who has been showering him with unprecedented hugs and kisses while he still can. And treats. Plenty of treats.

I know the hub.

I'm good at taco night. I reckon that bar must have been on bar time. Either that or I'm the best sprinter ever after four tacos.

I still wanna see a Caad10 with a Nexus 7 in back.

I had Nexus cranks on my Diamondback Interval. They were homely but sufficed.

Lots of bike computers have thermometers now. I prefer the one I have. It fits all 15 of my bikes.

With all the psi threads lately, I decided to back off on my max pressure. The ride is a bit softer, and there is a sweet spot in there between riding in sand and feeling every bump at an atomic level.

Pcad, of course you will bump up the psi once you achieve your goal of weightlessness, right?

Also sounds like a good day with Sam.

I was 185 this morning. Race weight is in sight... 185 was my target, but I am going for 180 now.

I will never be on the low end of the tire pressure chart. I do have one wheelset with a 25mm on the back. That may be the thing.

Forgot to say I am at about 198 lbs, The Michelins I am now on are 102 max psi, and I am at about 95 psi.

I do not think 120ish on dry pavement is overinflated given his current size and 23mm tires.
