Sort of like your guitar playng and singing will come in handy to drive off any invading forces should WWIII breakout..We all have skills that will serve us in the future...Except maybe Billy D...although he does seem to like to stir the pot. Perhaps cooking for the troops will be his thing!

I trained hundreds of overweight recruits..You and I know that you are what you eat. It's all in the diet and less about the exercise. I never graduated one plump recruit. They started and maintained low cal but healthy diets for the entire 13 weeks. Of course the food being prepared for you, helps tremendously. If your life depended on it you would drop the weight. Mine doesn't, so that's why I remain a 190lb tub of fat....
