Yes, another should I get this trainer ? or this trainer thread!
Both trainers are used and priced close
The Kurt Kinetic Rock& Roll has slight cosmetic wear, but is so local I can drive down there any evening to pick up (if still available) Also seems to be the grand trainer for trainerroad

The Fluid 2 is almost brand new, but too far. Think shipping would bring the price up to what a new one costs. Seems there are quite a few people using on trainerroad but only (Beta) tested

Any tips on what I should be watching out for in a used trainer ? leaks ? etc etc
Thanks

Just realized the kurt has been on sale since Dec... probably gone. Let's see if they answer.
The Cycleops is still for sale. Think my decision has been made

I have been using my Fluid2 for well over 5 years. Other than a little rust from sweat it's still perfect.

KK "Rock n Road" is a totally different trainer - that's the one to get given an equal choice in price etc. The Road Machine is their standard fluid trainer.
I have Fluid2s.
I'd seriously consider the KK if I were to do it again.
