First Trainer

I've been thinking of getting a bike trainer to keep fit during the cold, wet winter's days, but I know absolutely nothing about the difference types and performances.

My LBS has a few on sale that are in my price range, but I'm not sure which one I should get. Are these any good?

My first trainer is indoor bike trainer. On my friend's suggestion I have brought bike trainer.
