That is beyond pathetic. If you feel the need to harass the BF Holy See, have at it you sorry heathen Fred scum. But if you eff with the Pope, you have bigger worries than getting infractions from 41 mods. |

Roads look wet and gritty from some recent light snow...getting ready for a quick 50 mile club ride.

Rollers. Steady stuff like that is much more tolerable when there is some risk of falling over.

How do you have club rides on Wednesday mornings? I've never figured that out. Just a bunch of profession types (jobs not professional riders) that are able to make their own work schedules?
Somehow, it works. And nothing beats a mid-week ride. It's hard to be good on the bike if you only ride on weekends. |

Nice looking workout. I was wondering how you got so many "miles" out of that workout. Being on rollers explains it. I'm glad you are enjoying sweet spot workouts. I did one Monday night and I was miserable.

Ooooooo.
That's not a tank - it's a bridgelayer. That one has a Leopard 1 chassis (same as our older tanks) but the guys crewing it are Engineers, not tankers. No tanker would do a neutral turn on a cobbled road. That's just... cringe. He had a ground guide fer crissakes. They could have backed him out. DG |

The "miles" are higher on rollers. I set the resistance (magnetic) so that I get the desired power at the highest speed. I find going faster reduces chances of landing on the stereo next to the rollers.

Microsoft is an even bigger facepalm than Whoosshhhfat. Did you see the reviews of that newest version of their Surface device? It's like the computing equivalent of a hybrid bike.
Complete, utter friggin FAIL on every level. |
Why are tons of football players and baseball players gettting caught on the juice, yet there records stand, their teams records stand, but in cycling that isn't the case? Interesting..
