Battlestar has gotten so good, I have taken an odd oath: To not watch the final six episodes. I don't want it to end. What a masterpiece of programming.

If Trek were to be re-written and remade in a gritty format like this, the world would be a more perfect place.

Holy Frak.

The last time I went it took two different people to get me going. It's great when people crowd around you on that bus.

I've been watching BSG while on the trainer. Pretty good so for (I'm on only on episode 6 or 7 of the first season).

Side note - why didn't anyone here tell me that I had to start with the mini-series? I think that I checked that I was on the right episode (Season 1, Episode 1) three times before I figured it out - "DAMN IT - why do they keep saying, 'previously, on Battlestar Galactica...'?!"

This is a rare case of something getting better with each season. Detractors of the final two seasons are obviously hitting the crack pipe too hard.

So you NEED a threesome? That is weird

Moonlight walk with Benson. Does that count?

Close. After day rides that included rain and hail it was nice to ride dry pavement under the full moon last night.

Velo Vol 02-26-13 12:06 PM

Riding in hail sounds even dumber than riding at night.

LesterOfPuppets 02-26-13 12:11 PM

It was soft hail, you know like tiny little snowballs that Barbie or GI Joe would make.

My riding partner just bought the Abarath (sp?). I can't wait to take a ride in it.

Remove the last "a". I wanna roll in one too.

*like*

The dealer still has my abarth. They need to sell it before I do something dumb and buy it.

Pat Robertson says that not every sweater @ Goodwill is possessed but some are, so you should pray for your used clothes.

I wonder if I need to get my bikes exorcised, since I only bought one new.

It's about time that somebody came up with that. Now I don't have to put my pants on and step away from the computer to walk to the mailbox.

Maybe I should take a stab at that in Portland. I don't think it would fly in Vancouver. People are too old-fashioned here.

I didn't see anything about it being available in Canada.

The original Vancouver. Not the copycat Vancouver up north.

rjones28 02-26-13 02:38 PM

I think the run I just had counts against my daily sodium intake.

Ohhhh, I like that. My husband could build a couple of those. I can see the shelf being useful for bike stuff.

*like* I do like those little Fiats. I would also like an original Arbarth from the 1960s. I mean apart from it costing a fortune to buy and keep on the road what could be more fun than a 1960s FIAT designed for a 500cc 2 cyclinder engine with a racy 850cc or 1000cc twin cam four shoved in the back.
