Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Of course, they must be okay, otherwise they wouldn't be as popular as they are. I think I got one bad one with a "gate vestige" on it that was puncturing my tubes. In plastic injection molding a gate vestige is a little stub of plastic in the shape of the opening (gate) through which the molten plastic enters the mold. It should be broken off and removed when the plugs are taken out of the mold, but I guess I got one with it still intact. It was acting like a thorn and puncturing the tube. Just to be safe I blew off all the plugs and went back to tape. Maybe I should give them another try.

What if zombies have a brain drain plug, and you grab it without first checking for a vestigal gate deformity ? It sticks, you die, and we all laugh. This is basic stuff really.

I'm going to guess PINK.

Needs RED Tape to pull it together, rug like.

im just going to say it, because it needs to be said. Bianchi, you should have bought custom Aksiums (with Mavic Aksium hubs).

Really glad I went with the black hubs. I think the gold or mango would have looked great but I am happy with the black. Now that I have seen the wheel in my hand, I'm not so hesitant to let myself like how they look. I will be getting my tires tomorrow for my LBS and will mount as soon as I get home. Cant wait to go on a test ride with these and give some feedback!!!

I like the subtle HED, Belgium decals. Should've gone with the gold hubs, therefore these wheels are a NOT.

Great looking set of wheels. Enjoy the new upgrade.
