There's about 160 calories in a full strength 375ml beer.

So, do the maths....eg: 8 beers = ~1280 carolies, which is nearly 2.5 Big Macs....without all the fat, of course.

Still much better than spirits (in many ways): a 375ml can of Jim Beam and Coke has about 380 clories!!!!
SO, if you have four of them, that's 1520 calories = nearly 3 Big Macs = ~30 Weet-Bix!!
