"traditional" hour record bike is actually about 1100g heavier that Merckx's record bike!!
I dunno about that Merckx road bike being 9 kg. Whada you reckon? Indurain's steel bikes from around
1993 were about 9kg.

I haven't read today's posts, but I was surprised last night that Neiwand was getting
so much support. I didn't know he was recognized world wide.

The wheels on that thing were $4K...so that didn't help....this months was a special edition cos they had the TDF & vuelta to 'wrap up'...it's normally not that 'heavy'!.......The marc Sherriff page always cracks me up!...& yeah, its a quarterly, so the next one will be end of Jan......
