I watched this several times, and I just don't feel like it's effective. Don't get me wrong. It's great at drawing emotion from cyclists, but people who are not cyclists aren't really moved by this. Their general attitude is that this video just reinforces why {cyclists shouldn't be on the road**. There definitely needs to be an ongoing campaign though, so maybe someone will spring board off of this and do an even better piece.
Someone said this on fb and I completely agree. I don't know what the best way to go about it tho

In the meantime (which will be forever), cyclists can only control themselves. Ride safely, defensively and not like an ass.

I'm lucky to be in an area with so many cyclists most motorists know to watch out. Still, some get pissed if I am taking a lane for safety, and some just aren't paying attention anyway. Even if they all know to watch out for cyclists, some will always get distracted/not be engaged sometimes.

Cycling is dangerous so a certain amount of respect for that is necessary. But focusing people on the vulnerability of cyclists and dangers to them is going to have the effect of having people wanting cyclists off the road. But the emphasis needs to be on risk management, not on the vulnerabilities. I already get enough flak from friends and even my wife who'd prefer I didn't ride in situation X or Y.
