Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

40 mile spin, with about 21 of them (~50 minutes) pedaled in anger this evening. It was hot and sticky with thunder all around.

Dog days.

He does? I haven't seen it. This tread needs more acrimony.

Felt like Sept. Here today, crap weather.
2 more long days, and things should start to ease up for me. I need to finish stripping the donor vehicle of saleable parts, pcm is on its way back from the tuner. I should , be getting some 2 wheel miles soon.

With Love, Noah, and Gasol, who doesn't start? Gasol got a guarantee. Answer: send Gasol in the deal and keep Taj Gibson.

Both my road bikes have SPDs on em. Have road pedals but too ambivalent about road shoes and cleats to have ever bought them.

Woe is me.

Seriously, though, I have 345 gram mtb tyres and cross season is right around the corner. I can smell it from here, even...

How could anything else matter?

Actually they're 330 +/- 15 grams. I'll have to break out the triple beam here soon to verify.
