Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I have 6 unanswered friends requests. One is actually a friend suggestion (an Ex's friend suggesting I friend the ex), one is from a friend who's last account got hacked and sent dick pill spam to everyone, the others I have not even the slightest clue about.

Back when I was young and wild and free I accepted two friend requests out of the blue who I didn't know at all but we had one friend each in common. One was a DJ in Vancouver, BC and he's pretty funny and posts frequent sunset over English Bay pics, so still friends, and the other was a cutie from the east coast, I figured, what the hell, I've always wanted a stalker.

...more on the @Velo Vol "situation" (I think probably my last).

Given some personal experience along similar lines, there will be enormous irony in the
eventual discovery that she was only another innocent person of the female persuasion,
and quite possible of little lasting interest in the lifelong scheme of things

It is the not knowing of such things that tortures us beyond all human understanding.

You know, if the whole church thing doesn't work out and you're not ready to try jury duty, you could ask Rowan for tips on trolling teh BF for spousal material.

This reminds me I need to go look at costumes for Buddie and Chloe before all the good ones are gone.

So I got a temporary job at the Department of Labor. Hopefully hard work at this job will pay off. I start pending the results of my cup of pee and criminal background check.
