If I got a tat that drivers could see when they pass, I'd have "If you can read this you are 1) Too close and 2) Not focused on driving".

Otherwise, good idea for a tat, I should get that one too as I could let people think it is either bicycle related or motorcycle related depending on the crowd ;-)
