KETONES - Legal doping?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

They claim some pro teams are using this stuff in TDF.

There has been lots of research about using diet to produce ketones, but that requires a low carb and high fat diet and a period of adaptation.

I read this book
https://www.amazon.com/The-Art-Scienc...112367-7013560
and found it very interesting, but I did not switch my diet around to go into ketosis.

However, if you can get the benefits of ketones without switching diets, and people are willing to pay big bucks for them, I may reconsider....perhaps I should go to the ketosis diet and then sell my blood to pro riders so they can get the ketones

Sure, just before you end up in a coma in the hospital.
