You're probably right, but IROs are 130 BCD. The Andels on Bens Cycle are 144 BCD.

And no, you can't just bolt on the Sugino crank arms, you need to change the BB too. IROs come with a 110mm BB.

Which Suginos do you have? 75s are ISO taper, and I believe the others are JIS taper. 75s on a JIS BB will make your crank stick out a few millimeters further.
