technical question - teschner track pro.

hi.

apparently i need a seatpost with about 30mm of setback for my teschner track pro. the custom one that comes with the bike has no setback. any ideas, anyone?

oh, and both the fries and the gravy at la fleurs are vegan friendly. although you may have to ask for "pomme frite avec sauce", and may feel slightly ill eating them.

sugino messenger chainring
sugino R2 cranks
average shimano bb
izumi chain
phil wood cog

so why do i have this grinding sound - not to mention this grinding feel...
