we deal with this stuff all the time at the bike lounge in Riverside on sundays from 11-3. If your not in a hurry you could let that sit in some extra strength ammonia that I at a good hardware...

I use dryer sheets after they have been used. they remove old grease that sticks to your hands and after they have done their job in the dryer I think of them as free.
