Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Lately I've been getting Saks adds in the margins of my BF/Addiction pages.

Today's "specials" - a $145 thong and $265 bra. What would I do with anything like that?

We had a fantastic Wednesday ride. Eleven riders, it was chilly at the start (35-40F) but sunny and warmed up quickly. The pace was about 1MPH faster than intended, but no one got dropped and a good time was had by all.

I booked flights, hotel, and car for a weekend trip to visit my kid at school (college freshman). There have been some recent emotional/relationship challenges that are weighing heavy on their mind, enough that there might be a potential of derailing their path. I offered to fly in, buy some nice dinners, and give some big hugs. My offer could not have been accepted quicker. We are both really looking forward to it. Getting to watch the Super Bowl together is an extra bonus!

What you do in the privacy of your home is NONE of our business.

Mrs datlas is off to LA for 5 days to visit daughter #2. So it’s just Jackie and me for now. The cat is good company.

For the record, no riding for me for three days, now. Still can’t cough, lay on my left side, or move suddenly without screaming in pain. Pretty sure it’s a time-delayed rib injury from my 9-1-1 fall last Thursday. Regardless, it’s like a stabbing pain to the nth degree.

Better with more color. Yeah that was hot JUUUUUST as I was getting in. I still prefer it over the drabness currently in fashion.

Whats your favorite color? Do you find the classic G-string more comfortable or something more modern? Asking for a friend.

Looks like the colic has begun. He is screaming bloody murder. My poor wife hasn’t been able to eat her dinner.

Before y’all say, I should take over. He screams even louder when I hold him.
