Price isn't anything great, but cool paint and Tange Prestige frame. I wonder what that weird knob on the seatpost is.

MAFAC Racers with top mount rear
I think someone was looking for a top-mount rear MAFAC Racer setup recently. Here's one that popped up from the Old Spokes Home in Burlington, VT:
Vintage MAFAC Racer long-reach centerpull brakes w/ vertical-mount rear, 54-68mm

Bikes are okay, I guess.

1985 trek 620. Tall bike ideal for someone 6'3. But will be fine for 6'1 to 6'5 unless you are a collector and just want the bike. They only made this bike for 3 years and this is the most desirable one with the 47 cm chainstays. A few superficial paint chips and scratches . very solid and straight no dents or dings Reynolds 531 beautiful metallic blue.

Looks like original Paramount wheels, maybe.
https://richmond.craigslist.org/bop/...112321099.html
condition: excellent
make / manufacturer: CAMPAGNOLO
model name / number: RECORD
part type: wheels and wheel parts
size / dimensions: 27 inch x 1 1/4 inch
1960-70 Campagnolo Record 27 x 1 1/4 silver alloy-wheels with stainless steel spokes. The antique Weinmann rims have 36 holes with textured brake surface and are in excellent condition with no damage and no apparent wear. The hubs are Campy Record and the bearings spin very smooth and are in excellent condition. Comes with an Atom 5-speed freewheel with straight-cut cogs that show little wear and spins easy. Also comes with like-new Campy skewers that are probably the original ones. These wheels fit inside-frame spacing of 122mm (rear axle) and 100mm (front axle).
There is one problem: many of the spokes show unusually high wear where the spokes cross each other. Because of that wear, which reduces the spokes diameter, I suggest that all spokes be replaced. The cost of doing that (unless you know how to do it) is estimated to be $100 - $120.

Rough, But Appears Salvageable
Vintage 1970s Raleigh Grand Sport + rare custom parts
Posted 2020-05-01 01:23"This was my dad's old road bike. He was killed 5 years ago on his motorcycle by a drunk driver. I have held on to the bike for sentimental reasons, but I hate seeing it sit when an enthusiast or someone who knows more about bicycles than I do could use this bike or restore it to its former glory. I don't know much about it, but I remember him telling me about some of the more rare parts that are on this bike. He told me this was top of the line at the time and very expensive. I have included as many pictures as I can of the bike and parts. Any questions feel free to contact me. I am willing to accept reasonable offers for the bike. Eight 0 three 4 six oh 2 two oh 1."

Bianchi for $120
Looks around a 57/58 but hard to tell. Mid 80s decal style. Don’t know for sure but brake levers and hoods look like as Squadra/Speciale style. not sure what tubing/spec those are anyways. Bianchigirll do you know?
Selling my vintage Bianchi. I'm 5'10" and it was a good fit for me. Needs a new chain, tubes, and some love for the brakes. Handle bar tape is now brown and not the original zebra pink shown in some pictures.

1988 High Sierra. That's a lot of yellow. The last few bikes I've posted have had questionable forks. Keeping the theme? or is it supposed to look like that?

Basket Case Schwinn... but it ticks a lot of boxes. Too bad it's not a bit bigger. $80 seems nice... until looking at every. single. thing. that needs to go onto that bike. Plus corrosion around the bottom bracket makes me nervous. Too bad it was stored out in the rain?

But these were very cool cheap bikes BITD.

Strong brakes

26” wheels
16 speeds
Hasn’t been used in years so it could probably use some tuning/oiling up, air in tires, etc
